Waxwing Literary Journal will host a virtual literary event on April 11, 2026, featuring writers Frances Ogamba, Mubanga Kalimamukwento, and Chika Unigwe.
Scheduled to hold via Zoom, the session will be facilitated by Ogamba, and she will be joined by Kalimamukwento, author of The Shipikisha Club, and Unigwe, the Nigeria Prize for Literature-winning author of Grace.
Waxwing Literary Journal is an online publication founded in 2013 that releases poetry, fiction, nonfiction, and literature in translation three times a year. Dedicated to bridging diverse American voices with international perspectives, the journal publishes work across genre including essays, interviews, and visual art, often in bilingual formats.
The event will take place via Zoom from 12:00 to 1:00 PM (CST).
