Their platform inspires readers to explore and celebrate the rich diversity of African literary experiences. With a mission to cultivate a fun and informative space, they aim to inspire, entertain, and empower the audience through a vibrant and immersive literary journey.
The focus of the anthology is on the anticipation and preparation leading up to special occasions. Writers are encouraged to explore a variety of festivities, whether it’s a family tradition, a religious holiday, a cultural festival, or a wedding. The goal is to reflect the rich diversity of celebrations from across the continent’s cultures and faiths.
Submission Guidelines
- Submit one original and unpublished piece in Word format.
- The anthology welcomes both poetry and prose.
- The word count limits are as follows: poetry has a 500-word limit, while fiction and non-fiction submissions have a 3,500-word limit.
- Simultaneous submissions are also allowed.
- Use the subject line “Festive Anthology Submission.”
- Include an author photo and biography.
