The Swan Collective, a literary organization dedicated to promoting African poetry, has opened a call for membership inviting African poets across the world.
Swan Collective is a group of poets united by a shared passion for poetry and literature. Their purpose is to nurture one another’s craft, aiming to produce high standard poetry while also promoting their work to a broader audience. In its missions to create a supportive environment for poets to hone their skills and gain public recognition, this call serves as a green light to all aspiring African Writers!
Submission Guidelines:
- This call is open to all African poets.
- No names or means of identification should be attached to the file containing the poems.
- Submissions will be read anonymously, and any identification will lead to automatic disqualification.
- Include a brief bio and contact details in the body of the email.
To submit your entry, send in three poems in a word document format to theswancollectivenp@gmail.com. Submissions are open until November 30th, 2024.
